Mystery Readers!

Thank you all for the enthusiastic support of our Mystery Reader fun! This is truly a highlight of our week! It is adorable to see all "mini-me's" reading together!

Geography

We are having fun learning how to read maps. We have focused on understanding a cardinal rose, keys and legends and coordinates. Using a 'bird's eye view' students made maps of our classroom.

Math: Measuring Area

We have been learning to find the area of rectangles using square tiles as our unit of measure. Once we find the dimensions, students are writing multiplication equations to match.
