Nearby Nature: Frogs!

What an awesome year of Nearby Nature we have had! I want to give a huge shout out to the parent volunteers that bring such fun and informative lessons to the classroom each month!  Thank you to Amber, Ashley, Jane and Adeline for your time, enthusiasm and patience!!

We ended the year with a visit to the frog pond. It as a beautiful day to go frogging! They were out sunning themselves all along the banks. Most were too fast for us to catch, but a couple of us did get lucky!

We are also lucky enough to have some fresh tadpoles in the classroom that we will be observing and caring for over the coming weeks.  Thank you, Brock and family!!
