Math: Creating our own picture problems

In math this week students practiced using a variety of strategies (drawing a picture, using an open number line, breaking numbers apart, etc..)  to solve problems involving packages of presents. Each problem came with a picture and story. After solving them together, students created their own problems which we will all solve this week.
